Problem Statement (Content Strategy)
As a startup company, we start to thinking about queuing issue in governments and private institutes and propose an online management queuing system, which includes B2B and B2C.
Wireframing
I draw a simple wireframe with paper and pen, during first few brainstorming sessions and make that final view for start, in terms of layout and type of contents.
Branding the Product
Before start design the Q app platform, we need to define a new brand for it, so we did few lo-fi variation for logos and we choose the color carefully till make sure it's eye-friendly between all different devices and places.

Prototyping & Hi-fi Design
.. in parallel developing environment we start to design the user app interface, mostly used Adobe Illustrator for design the screens from scratch and also and the we created a clickable prototype by InVision to test do a quick usability testing internally first.
Beside the user interface, we had to design agent app too. We were run a user-research on the type of the device that mostly used in the agencies and decided to proceed with tablet view (portrait was our benchmark).
